STEP 1: Fill out the return form in the bottom right corner (desktop)/bottom left corner (mobile). For easier returns, we advise you save the original packaging the product came in. Remove the sticker with your address from the black bubble wrap.

STEP 2: At the post office, address the package to EVEN d.o.o., Leskoškova cesta 10, 1000 Ljubljana.

STEP 3: Prior to submitting the package at the post office, please cover the expenses of shipping.

STEP 4: We will refund your purchase expenses upon receiving the package and making sure that the product is not damaged.



    The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The withdrawal period expires within 14 days from the day when the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods or is acquired on behalf of the consumer by a third party other than the carrier and designated for this purpose by the consumer.

    The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.



    In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal mentioned above, the company guarantees the consumer the right to voluntary return for a period of 21 days from the receipt of the goods. The consumer may also terminate the contract after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired by returning the goods within 21 days of receipt (the period begins the day after receipt of the goods), provided that the goods are in the original packaging and are in perfect condition. and insofar as it has not been used or damaged. Timely dispatch of goods is considered a timely return.



    The consumer returns the goods at the expense of the company.

    The consumer is only liable for the reduced value of the goods due to the handling of the goods, which is not necessarily necessary to determine its nature, properties and functioning.



    Pursuant to paragraph 5 of Article 43.č of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the right to withdraw from the contract is excluded in cases of contracts for the supply of goods that have not been previously produced and which require the consumer's personal decision or determination or has been clearly adjusted to the consumer; the right expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not eligible for return for reasons of health or hygiene, if the seal was opened after delivery.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    In the event of defects or damage to the goods, you are entitled to statutory warranty claims in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), as described below.



    The consumer may exercise his rights arising from a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months of the day on which the defect was discovered. The consumer must describe the defect in detail in the defect notice and allow the seller to inspect the thing.

    The seller is not liable for material defects in the goods that appear after two years have elapsed since the thing was delivered. A defect in things shall be deemed to have existed at the time of extradition if it occurs within six months of extradition.

    The consumer, who has correctly informed the seller of the defect, has the right to require the seller to:

    rectify the defect in the goods or refund part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or

    the defective goods are replaced by a new faultless or

    returns the amount paid.



    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
